inconveniences marred the stay
leaking showerpoor value
The bathroom had a strange layout. The shower leaked all over the floor every time I used it. I complained about the shower, but no one ever addressed the issue. This felt unacceptable given the hotel's price. It just wasn't good value for money, and i was very frustrated.

fresh orange juicetemporary accommodation
the breakfast was very nice with fresh orange juice, bacon, and eggs. it was a great start to the day.
the hotel is in the middle of FULL refurbishment and this was not communicated. ALL the facilities were in temporary accommodation and it was not inviting.

The room had handy amendments. I appreciated the free coffee and water available all day. That was a nice touch. The location was perfect for walking to the main attractions. Shops were plentiful along the way.
The public parking was a bit far from the hotel.

charming Stay!

the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the breakfast was superb with MANY choices. the location was near to main attractions, awesome for easy exploration.
the pool bar was only open from friday to sunday after 3 pm. the coffee from the machine was not GOOD. i expected better coffee.

the staff was cute. they spoke English and were helpful with directions. i received a complimentary drinks token upon arrival for the rooftop bar, a nice touch.

the rooftop pool offered nice views. the hotel provides complimentary coffee, water, and snacks in the lobby. a taxi to the airport had a flat rate, made budgeting simpler.

the breakfast buffet included many choices for all tastes. THE food was AMAZING!!! the gourmet restaurant had a very good reputation. i found the dining experience satisfactory.
